My art is created with careful intention and I want it to be purchased in an intentional way and for me that includes personal contact with the buyer.

It’s important to me where and with whom my original art finds its home and so that commitment starts with a conversation with potential buyers and collectors and continues throughout the purchasing process.

Communication and integrity is very important to me in life and work, so I pride myself on keeping in touch and keeping you informed as to your buying process.

I create art for you and it’s thanks to the many people who have purchased my art and who continue to, that give me the crazy gratitude that this is my job, everyday!

Ordering process:

  • Choose the artwork that you love.

  • If original artwork has been sold, you can select from the other print media product options available (Prints, Journals, Gift cards etc)

  • Once product/s are selected, follow the easy online shop process.

  • PLEASE be sure to ensure correct shipping details!

  • Once payment is received, your product/s will be shipped and I will notify you of transit details (Delivery information or Australia post tracking number)

  • I will keep track of transit and follow up with an email once delivery is completed. I will also request for you to send a photo of the artwork in it’s new home as it brings me so much gooood happiness!

Shipping

Holly Holster original artworks are delivered either via my trusted courier, specialising in Art Transport, shipped by Australia post (With insurance and tracking) or if i’m really lucky - Delivered personally by me!

All thoughtfully wrapped with the individual buyer in mind, with acid free tissue paper, bubble wrap and carefully boxed with re-enforced corner for best protection.

Prints are shipped by being carefully rolled in acid free tissue paper and secured into reinforced postal tubes or packaged in a sturdy envelope type boxes. Journals are shipped in a sturdy envelope type boxes.

Items are usually shipped within 2 weeks of ordering, unless artworks are in exhibition, then they will be shipped 1 week after the exhibition is de-installed.

If shipping is outside of this time frame you will be notified via email.

Shipping prices quoted are for Australia-wide shipping only. Please contact us to arrange international shipping on orders.

Returns & Exchanges

There will be no refund or exchange for 'change of mind' purchases.

I only use quality packaging (I try my best to use biodegradable earth friendly packaging materials) so in the unlikely event that your print or journal is damaged during transit, I will replace and resend your artwork to you. To do this you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt, as well as provide clear photographs showing the damage to packaging and artwork in order to facilitate this process.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible so I can attempt to resolve any issues.

It is my priority that you receive a quality artwork and experience in purchasing my artworks.
